The Bifold Badge Wallet is made from full-grain harness leather and is hand saddle-stitched with the strongest marine-grade, German thread. The shield cutout is custom to the dimensions of your badge. The wallet in the picture is shown with a District Attorney badge. Leave a note in the comments during checkout about the type of badge you have and I’ll contact you for the dimensions. Customers often send me a PDF of a scanned tracing of their current wallet badge cutout as a template.
You can get cheaper genuine 'leather' wallets from police gear stores, but they deteriorate quickly, look unprofessional for most of its life, and will need to be replaced often. The wallet can easily hold about six cards and cash. When cards are oriented perpendicular to the cash, the cash pocket is taller than the height of your bills. That makes it a good document pocket as well. In this version of the Double Rivet Leather Badge wallet the right side of the opened cash pocket is left unstitched to make it easier to remove documents while still protected from that side by the badge protector flap.
